The spring mulch application for Highgate OA is scheduled to begin on Monday, March 31 and is anticipated to be fully applied by Friday, April 3.This will be done to all existing property beds and tree rings. The beds/rings will be re-defined, edged, and treated with an application of pre-post-emergent herbicide. Mulch will be applied to maintain a depth of 2-3“, using a dark shredded hardwood bark type mulch. If any owner has chosen to opt out of this service, then the mulch beds will not be replaced as part of this service. Thank you for your understanding.
