At the Board of Directors meeting held on June 18 the Board of Directors adopted Policy Resolution 24-01 Rules & Regulations Concerning Division of Certain Exterior Maintenance. This policy resolution serves to better outline and identify the responsibilities for exterior maintenance and the community outlined in the communities governing documents for both owners and the Association.
