Upcoming Tree Pruning Services June 9

At the May Board meeting for Highgate Owners Association the Board approved a proposal with JL Tree Service to provide the bi-yearly pruning services for trees in the community located in the front of homes. JL Tree is currently planning to come out this upcoming Tuesday, June 9 to provide this service at several locations in the community. The trees that were identified were found to be hitting homes or causing some form of obstruction for walkways and require additional clearance. 2nd Notice for Backyard Trees - Highgate OA

This email is the second reminder to owners that the Design Guidelines for the maintenance and trimming of all backyard trees are the responsibility of the homeowner. All backyard trees must be trimmed to the edge of their backyard fences so that their branches do not hit or rest on any structure or building, do not cover the alleyways or encroach on their neighbor's property.
