Parking

Parking within Highgate is summarized as follows:

 

- Colonial Court - Colonial Court is privately owned by Highgate and no street parking is allowed in any area on Colonial Court in order to provide adequate access for Emergency Vehicles, if needed.

 

- Colonial Terrace - Since Colonial Terrace is a public road, parking availability is governed by Arlington County. Parking signs are posted on all areas of Ciolonial Terrace, which specify the availability and restrictions on parking. Several Residents have inquired about obtaining parking tags for parking in restricted areas. Unfortunately, Arlington County has not allowed Highgate Owners to obtain parking tags since our Units all have garages and many Units have driveways which provide additional parking.
