How to use the Residents Only features

The Highgate website is primarily a public facing website and Owners do not need to register to access the majority of information included in this website. Owners are able to gain access to the Residents Only features as follows:

 

- Discussion Board - please register your information by using the "Register" link in the upper right-hand corner of this website. Your registration information will be reviewed and if your information matches the information maintained by First Services (our Management Company), then your account will be approved. Once you are registered, please use the "Login" link in the upper-right corner of this website to sign-into the Discussion Board.

 

- Resident Portal - in order to access the "First Service Connect" resident portal, simply use the Resident Portal link on the Resident Portal menu. Please contact Austin Figueroa (Austin.Figueroa@fsresidential.com) with any questions.
