Highgate Inspections and Design Guidelines

Highgate is a managed community in that homeowners must comply with the Design Guidelines to maintain consistency and coherence. Article VI, Section 2 (a) states: "To the extent that exterior maintenance is not provided for in a Supplementary Declaration, each Owner shall keep all Lots owned by him, and all improvements therein or thereon, in good order and repair, free of debris, all in a manner and with such frequency as is
