Enclosed please find the approved 2027 operating budget for your Association. The Board of Directors and Management have made every effort to control operating and administrative costs in order to keep the assessment fee as low as possible while continuing to provide quality services for your community. Please take note of the important information below.

The Association will soon begin a significant waterproofing and terrace replacement project affecting the 1505–1507 terrace units. This is expected to be a long, invasive, and demanding project that will take roughly 6-7 months until it has been completed for the first phase. Once work on this section is complete, the contractor will move directly to the 1501–1503 terrace unit which similarly will take roughly 6-7 months until it has been completed, meaning this project in total will last over a year towards the end of 2027.
