Snow Management

Snow removal services are provided by a contractor of the HOA as follows:

 

1. Colonial Court - the roadway will be cleared of snow upon the accumulation of 3" of snow.  Pre-treatment of the roadway may occur depending on the weather forecast.

 

2. Colonial Terrace - as this is a public roadway, snow removal services are provided by Arlington County.

 

3. Sidewalks - all sidewalks in the Common Area and in front of Owner's houses will be cleared of snow upon the accumulation of 3" of snow. Pre-treatment of the sidewalks may occur depending on the weather forecast.

 

4. Driveways and driveway aprons - removal of snow on the driveways and driveway aprons of each Unit is the responsibility of the Owners.

 

5. Front stairs and porches - removal of snow on the front stairs and porches of each Unit is the responsibility of the Owners.
