At the May Board meeting for Highgate Owners Association the Board approved a proposal with JL Tree Service to provide the bi-yearly pruning services for trees in the community located in the front of homes. JL Tree is currently planning to come out this upcoming Tuesday, June 9 to provide this service at several locations in the community. The trees that were identified were found to be hitting homes or causing some form of obstruction for walkways and require additional clearance. Please note that the vendor will be using a bucket truck to complete this work, particularly for higher elevated trees and for those overhanging roofs. This should not impact owner access in and out of their homes or driveways. They will take extreme care when pruning trees and removing limbs to avoid any issues, and are expected to be out working the entire day on June 9. In the event of inclement weather JL Tree will notify Management and we will advise on the next anticipated date for this work to be completed.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we look to get this work completed. If you have any questions please contact Austin Figueroa, Portfolio Manager, at austin.figueroa@fsresidential.com.
