We want to update you on the progress of the waterproofing project and an upcoming repair that may impact owners driving in and out of the garages.

Overhead Concrete Repair – Garage
Now that demolition is complete, we are moving into the deck prepping phase. As part of this work, we have an overhead concrete repair to perform from inside the garage. This is scheduled for Wednesday of next week.

• The repair will be done using mobile scaffolding (scaffolding on wheels).
• No shoring is required, so no garage areas will be closed off and traffic will not be disrupted.
• Work will take place between the garage doors of 1505E and 1507E.
• KGS's crew will remain mindful of vehicles in the area and will move as needed to accommodate residents.
• The repair is expected to take approximately 3–4 hours to complete.

Upcoming Drain Installation
KGS will also be starting drain installation soon, which will require their crew to work from the garage side. They are currently targeting a start date of Thursday of next week.
