Alleyway & Common Area Cleanup October 3

Our contractor, District Clean, will be servicing the alleyways and Common Areas behind the homes in our community this Saturday, October 3. This is a one-time service to clear out debris and trash and to remove unused rodent stations.
 
What we need from you:
  • Please remove any personal items from the alleyway Common Area by end of day Friday, October 2. This includes:
  • Personal belongings, furniture, planters, or storage items
  • Grills, bikes, toys, or décor
  • Any bait stations or rodent traps you placed yourself
What the crew will remove:
  • Trash and debris in the alleyways
  • Unused rodent stations (any station not marked "PestNow")
What will stay as is:
  • Landscaping will not be touched during this service
  • Stations marked "PestNow," which belong to our current pest control vendor, will remain in place
Items left in the alleyways on Saturday may be removed and discarded as part of the cleanup, so please take a moment to check behind your home.
